Dear Friends of the 'Ukulele,

The mission of the ‘Ukulele Guild of Hawaii’s “Ukes for Kids” project is to provide ‘ukulele at no cost to Hawaii’s underprivileged keiki or to Hawaii based organizations serving Hawaii’s keiki.

The UGH this year will present a series of mini concerts that will benefit the “Ukes for Kids” project. These concerts will be sponsored by Koaloha Ukulele, Kamaka Ukulele,

March 12, 2005 will feature 16-year-old Brittni Paiva, Herb Ohta Jr., Walt Keale

If you know of an organization or individual Keiki who needs a ukulele, please write to the ‘Ukulele Guild of Hawaii at the address below along with the details of the organization or keiki for consideration. If you know of an outstanding keiki player who has the potential and talent to be the next great one, please let us know… The UGH will also consider a one year scholarship for the student.
